Fermentation in small stainless steel mills with manual pigeage. Malolactic fermentation and 15 months aging in French oak barrels.
Grape variety: Syrah
Region: Alentejo
Tasting notes: Garnet color, intense aroma with balsamic notes, red fruit compote, cherry liqueur and licorice. On the palate it presents firm and soft tannins, concentrated and with good acidity. Fresh, it finishes with a long persistence in the mouth.
