How can I place an order?
Add the products you wish to order to your cart. If you are looking for a specific product, you can use the search bar or the filters available in the "Wine Shop" section.
Then, you must complete the purchase by filling in the requested fields and data and making the payment.
After order confirmation and receipt of payment, the order will be processed and sent to the indicated address.
How do I change an order?
If you wish to change any information before sending the order, you must contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the desired change.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer is asked to contact us so that we can find the most suitable solution.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments by VISA, Multibanco Reference or PaypPal are accepted. All payments must be in Euros (€).
DELIVERIES
Which countries do you deliver to?
We only deliver to the mainland regions that are part of the European Union, with the exception of Portugal, where we also deliver to Madeira and the Azores.
How long does it take to deliver an order?
Orders are normally delivered between 24 and 72 hours (working days) for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain, 3 to 5 working days for the Azores and Madeira, 3 to 6 working days for Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Czechia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Poland, Austria and Italy and 4 to 9 working days for the remaining countries of the European Union.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost varies depending on the destination country and the value of the order, and is calculated at the time of purchase before making payment.
For purchases over €100 for mainland Portugal, shipping costs are included.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, you must return it to the carrier immediately, duly describing the reason for the return on the delivery note and contact Garrafeira Moderna immediately.
