Region: Beira Interior
Tasting Notes: Elegant aroma dominated by stone fruit, with notes of peach and apricot combined with light smoky notes, with minerality. In the mouth it is broad, voluminous and textured, with creaminess in balance with the enveloping acidity. Serve between 12 and 14 ºC. Fish, seafood, poultry and white meats. Smoked fish, cod and foie gras dishes, as well as strong and creamy cheeses
