Product Info
The harvest is manual, with the grapes selected on a sorting mat at the entrance to the winery. The wine then ages for 24 to 30 months in used 225-liter French oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 years of ageing in the bottle before being released onto the market
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot
Region: Bairrada
Tasting Notes: Ruby with an opaque center. Aroma of black fruit, cedar, leather, graphite. Full-bodied, with firm tannins but with polished edges. Vibrant acidity that remains throughout the tasting. Very long and mineral finish
