This wine was produced exclusively with grapes of the TINTA PINHEIRA variety. A very old variety typical of the Dão region, it is mainly found only in very old vineyards, and the vineyard responsible for this wine is about 30 years old. Known for its delicate temperament, this variety presents several challenges, requiring very specific conditions to deliver its best.

Tasting notes: Very pure and elegant, with an open ruby color and violet hues. The nose is delicate yet complex, with notes of forest fruits accompanied by a light floral touch and hints of spice. Upon opening, a light earthy touch emerges. With good structure, balanced acidity, elegance, and precision. The flavor is fruity and fresh, with smooth, well-integrated tannins. Long-lasting with a pleasant, slightly balsamic finish. It can be consumed young, but also has great aging potential, developing more complexity over time.
