This wine is the result of a meticulous selection of the kilograms of grapes from each plot, with the goal of obtaining the perfect blend of grapes that, when fermented together, would create a unique wine of world-class quality. Thus, this wine is composed of grapes from different vineyards, almost all centuries old, planted in different soils, climates, and altitudes.

Grape varieties: Canine distemper, Sheep's tail, Encruzado, Malvasia fina, Douradinha, Barcelo, Branda, among others.

Region: Dão

Tasting Notes: With a citrusy, crystalline color, this wine, unlike any other, has a deep and complex nose. Initially, with mineral aromas, reminiscent of the characteristic smoke of quarries; later, after breathing, fresh notes of sea air, sea breeze, and seaweed appear, combined with stone fruits such as apricots and peaches. The palate is explosive, intense, and full of character. Due to its balanced natural acidity, it reveals a harmonious, refined, and complex wine. Its finish is endless, leaving a salty sensation combined with gunpowder notes as a retronasal aroma.
