The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to our winery, where the transformation process began with vinification in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and post-fermentation maceration for 21 days. It was aged for 12 months in 500-liter French Allier oak barrels

Grape variety: Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Alfrocheiro

Region: Alentejo

Tasting Notes: Garnet color. Intense aroma of forest fruits such as blackcurrants and blueberries, hints of grass and spices. In the mouth it has very good volume, concentration, present but very soft tannins. Long and balanced finish with aromatic sensations of furniture wax and fruit in liqueur
