The IMPECÁVEL wine is made 100% from the region's queen grape variety, Touriga Nacional. This emblematic Portuguese grape variety originated in the Dão region, but its high quality has now spread throughout the world. We believe that it is still in its mother region that it best translates into the bottle. The vines are between 30 and 50 years old and are mainly located in the sub-region of the Senhorim region.

Tasting Notes: With a very fresh and fruity aroma where the combination of red fruits stands out. With great balance, low extraction, moderate alcohol content, no wood, very fresh, easy to drink and above all very gastronomic. Pure and elegant with an open pink colour. With good structure, balanced acidity, elegance and precision. The flavour is fruity and fresh, with a long persistence and a pleasant and slightly balsamic finish.

Food pairing: Lightly seasoned dishes, seafood, baked fish, white meats and pasta. Vegetarian suggestions: dishes with tubers (turnips, sweet potatoes, beets) and legumes (chickpeas, beans, peas), dishes with cheese.
