Fernão Pires is a very versatile grape variety that allows us to create different wine styles. The goal was to create a wine that represented the tropical side of the fruit, while also being well-structured and gastronomic. Fifty percent of this wine was aged in new 500-liter French oak barrels for five months.
A very gastronomic wine, which pairs easily with seafood and salads, but also with grilled pork or veal.

Tasting Notes: Bold yet fresh on the palate, with notes of tropical fruits and herbs. The oak provides support and adds a wonderful texture to the wine.
