The grapes were harvested by hand, following a rigorous selection process. A minimalist approach was adopted at the winery, where the grapes were directly pressed and decanted cold. Fermented at a controlled temperature and aged for 7 months on fine lees.
Grape Varieties: Encruzado, Malvasia Fina and Cerceal
Region: Dão
Tasting notes: Quite aromatic, with a pleasant floral nose. The palate is straightforward, very fresh, with plenty of acidity and a lingering finish.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% Vol.
