Dão red wine produced from a single plot in the Dão region of Gouveia, a sub-region of Serra da Estrela. An old vineyard on poor granite soils, 55 years old and 600 meters above sea level, is planted in the old Dão style with a mixture of white and red grape varieties.
Grape variety: Jaen, Baga, Alfrocheiro, Red–Cão and Red Pinheira

Tasting Notes: A distinctive red wine, with delicate aromas of fresh red fruits, such as cherry and blackcurrant, some spices and forest aromas. In the mouth, it has striking acidity and minerality, very fine tannins. It is refined and pure with the fruit always present. Long and complex finish
