Jean Josselin's Champagne Contexture is a refined cuvée full of personality. Grown according to the principles of sustainable viticulture certified by Terra Vitis, the vines are rooted in clay-limestone soils over layers of marl and Kimmeridgian limestone (Upper Jurassic), a unique geological feature responsible for the saline minerality typical of wines from this region.
