Product Info
The grapes were harvested by hand, following a rigorous selection process. A minimalist approach was adopted at the winery, where the grapes were directly pressed and decanted cold. Fermented at a controlled temperature and aged for 7 months on fine lees.
Grape Varieties: Malvasia Fina, Encruzado, Cerceal white, Arinto, Bical and Gouveio
Region: Dão
Tasting notes: A very aromatic wine, with notes of apple and some tropical fruit. On the palate, it's fresh, mineral, and unctuous, with some complexity, balanced acidity, and a long finish.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% Vol.
