This project was born from the desire of three winemakers—Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal, and Jorge Serôdio Borges—to make a wine together. The chosen location was Dão, a region for which they shared a shared admiration, stemming from tasting wines from the 1960s and 1970s, which were surprisingly elegant and fresh. The remarkable identity and complexity of these wines served as inspiration for MOB wines.

Tasting Notes: Aromatically expressive, with ripe notes of honey blossom, yellow-fleshed fruit, and mineral nuances of flint. On the palate, it presents a creamy and unctuous texture, supported by well-integrated acidity. The finish is marked by a slight bitter note that balances the residual sweetness and adds complexity and persistence. A wine with structure and intensity, revealing the typical profile of the variety.
