Two different types of winemaking were used: 30% were fermented in a wine press with all the stalks and foot-treading for a total maceration of 8 days, and the remaining 70% were fermented in stainless steel tanks without the stalks for a total maceration of 25 days. Aged for one year in used French oak barrels

Tasting Notes: Bright garnet color, aromas of high red and blue fruit tones, tinged with wet stone and violets. On the palate, lush but with bright acidity to balance the cherry and pomegranate red fruits, white pepper, slate and herbal aromas overlay the core fruit in a juicy fresh finish
