The grapes, from old vines, were taken to the winery in plastic boxes and inspected on a sorting table upon arrival. The grapes were then completely destemmed and lightly crushed. The must was then transferred to stainless steel tanks, and fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging: Approximately 16 months in French oak barrels (85%) and American oak barrels (15%).

Tasting Notes: Deep violet color, with elegant violet notes on the nose, perfectly harmonizing with soft notes of fresh spices and Douro wild berries. The palate opens harmoniously, evolving into a wine with excellent volume and fine-textured tannins that blend beautifully with violet aromas. An engaging wine that reflects the full identity of Touriga Nacional and finishes with excellent freshness and persistence.
