On the left bank of the Douro River, next to the village of Vilarouco, the vineyards range from 180 to 350 metres in altitude, laid out in terraces with different solar exposures. A small part of the already formed blend ages for about 9 months in used French oak barrels, followed by another 6 months of aging in vats with the final blend formed and another 6 months in bottle.

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional; Touriga Franca; Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca

Region: Douro

Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour, fruity aroma, with good intensity and complexity, bringing red fruits, cherry, raspberry and mineral notes with a balsamic touch, slight vanilla. Full-bodied, with firm tannins, focused on fresh fruit and a long finish, as well as a slightly toasted component, from the barrel aging of part of the blend, which confers complexity. Long and persistent finish.

Alcohol Content: 14% Vol.
