On the left bank of the Douro River, next to the village of Vilarouco, the vineyards range from 180 meters to 350 meters in altitude, laid out in terraces with different sun exposures. 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by a further 6 months aging in bottle.

Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão and Bastardo

Region: Douro

Tasting Notes: Very intense and deep ruby color. Very vigorous aroma, with good intensity and complexity, bringing ripe fruits, black plum and mineral notes with a balsamic touch, vanilla and spices. Full-bodied, with firm tannins, focused on ripe fruits and a very long finish, as well as a more toasted component, resulting from the barrel aging, which confers complexity. Long and persistent finish.
