All the grapes used in the Xisto Roquette & Cazes wine were harvested by hand and come exclusively from the Cima Corgo sub-region and the Douro Superior sub-region. All the grapes were destemmed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation tanks in a truncated cone shape, where they began alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. The French “délestage” technique was used during the fermentation process. The result is a concentrated and complex wine that respects elegance and avoids rusticity

Tasting Notes: Fresh forest fruit well integrated with elegant notes of spices and rockrose. It has an elegant attack, evolving into a wine with excellent dimension and structure, composed of fresh tannins with a fine texture
