The name of this ancient native grape comes from the expression "u carricanti" (the carricanti) and is due to the abundant production of the vines and the fact that entire carts were filled with its grapes. Made with 100% Carricante grapes grown in volcanic soils.

Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow in color with greenish hues and a complex aroma of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), white orchard fruits (apple, white peach), and mineral notes like stone and slate. On the palate, it is full-bodied, intense, and flavorful, with high, crisp acidity, pronounced minerality, and a long, lingering finish.
