Catena Zapata Birth of Cabernet is produced following the same philosophy as the renowned Argentinian Malbec. The label tells the story of the world's most famous red grape, from its origins in Bordeaux, where it arose from the spontaneous crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, to its arrival in the Mendoza terroir of Catena Zapata, more than 100 years ago.
