Telmo Rodriguez was one of the pioneers in the discovery of Grenache from the Sierra de Gredos. Pizarra's vineyards are located on metamorphic soils. This type of soil is found at altitudes above 950 meters, up to 1,200 meters, primarily facing east. Wines from this region have a distinct expression, always very complex, precise, and profound.
