Granitos wines come from vineyards managed manually without herbicides. Above all, we are dealing with what we could call the "Grand Cru" of the Dão Serra da Estrela region. Winemaking focused on expressing the terroir results in a complex and mineral wine, as well as fine and full of energy.

Grape varieties: Field blend with ~20 varieties: 60% Tinta Amarela, Baga and Jaen; 40% with Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Pinheira, Negro Mouros, Marufo, Bastardo, Tinta Carvalho, Alfrocheiro and other old vines (50–100+ years)

Region: Dão

Tasting notes: Light ruby ​​color. Delicate aroma of currant, cherry and dried herbs, with delicate spice and a "stony" mineral note, reminiscent of bark and forest floor. On the palate it is polished and succulent, with very fine tannins, bright acidity and a long, elegant and fresh finish.
