Product Info
Authenticity of Alentejo wines. Total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (28º), maceration in cuvaison for 22 days after fermentation. Aged for 12 months in French Allier oak barrels, followed by bottle aging.
It was created by our winemaker, Susana Esteban, and by Francisco Fino.
Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonês and Trincadeira
Region: Alentejo
Tasting notes: Ruby-red color. The aroma is fresh, complex, with notes of chocolate, wood, and spices. On the palate, it is fresh with good acidity, well-present fruit, intense, and with a long finish.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
