Quinta do Vale Santo is a family-owned wine project, deeply rooted in Bairrada. Known in the past as Quinta do Cruzeiro, Mogofores, in 1879, the Quinta built its identity through production faithful to the Terroir and traditional practices of the region.

Tasting Notes: With a bright and delicate ruby colour, this Bairrada Pinot Noir reveals a refined and enveloping aromatic expression. The nose highlights notes of wild cherry, fresh raspberry and wild strawberry, harmoniously integrated with subtle nuances of rose petals, sweet spices and a delicate touch of damp forest. Ageing in French oak barrels adds layers of complexity, revealing elegant notes of vanilla, cedar, nutmeg and a discreet smoky touch, without ever overshadowing the purity of the fruit. On the palate, it is silky and balanced, with fine tannins and a velvety texture. The characteristic freshness of Bairrada brings tension and precision to the whole, leading to a long, persistent and sophisticated finish, where the red fruit and barrel notes remain in perfect harmony.
