The grapes for this wine were destemmed and crushed into a tank where they fermented spontaneously without temperature control. After alcoholic fermentation was complete, the tank was capped, and the grapes remained in contact with the wine for six months.

Tasting notes: Straw-yellow in color, the nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, ripe lemon, and some nectarine, with strong vegetal aromas. The palate shows some structure, very well balanced, and with excellent acidity, with a long finish.
It is recommended to open 1 hour before serving at a temperature of 12º
