To produce this Ramilo Ramisco Catelão de Colares, the grapes were hand-picked and carefully selected and destemmed upon arrival at the winery.
Fermentation without yeast inoculation took place in a wine press, with foot treading for a week. After fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels before bottling.

Grape Varieties: 70% Ramisco and 30% Castelão
