The name refers to the plots whose soils are pure sand, limestone, from where grapes with a different level of complexity and concentration come from. “Farm” is the term used locally to designate a place, small property, farm. “Sand” is the type of soil found on these farms, limestone sandstones resulting from the accumulation over millions of years.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear straw yellow color. Intense nose, notes of citrus, orange peel with some iodine and gunpowder. Fresh, textured attack, unctuousness, concentration in the middle of the tasting, good freshness and persistence.
