Wine produced exclusively from the Arinto grape variety. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by a 7-month aging period in the tank. Quinta da Massorra Arinto was stabilized and filtered before bottling. It aged for 6 months in the bottle before being released onto the market.
