Our IMPECÁVEL wine is made 100% from the region's queen grape variety, Touriga Nacional. This emblematic Portuguese grape variety was born in the Dão region but, due to its great quality, is now spread all over the world. The vines are between 30 and 50 years old and are located mainly in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, the coolest sub-region of Dão, naturally producing elegant and fresh wines

Tasting Notes: Very vivid ruby ​​colour, of medium concentration. Vibrant on the nose, perfumed, with a fresh and very expressive aroma with floral notes of violet, bergamot flower, spices and pine leaf, harmoniously combined with a balsamic profile, creating a complex and captivating aroma. In the mouth, a very elegant wine, with a markedly youthful profile. With good volume on the palate, young, with good acidity and soft tannins, it is a wine that is tempting to drink, without being heavy thanks to its balance. Long finish, with a very refreshing mineral flavour.
