Product Info
The grapes come from vineyards planted on granite soil, facing east. The harvest is carried out manually, in 20kg boxes, followed by total destemming and light pressing. The must is decanted for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel tanks

Tasting Notes: This wine has a bright citrus color, an aroma reminiscent of citrus fruit and a slight tropicality. On the palate it is easy, fresh, elegant and has a great finish
