Product Info
The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected in the winery before being crushed and cold pressed. After static decantation, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine fermentation lees.
Grape varieties: Malvasia, Chardonnay and Riesling
Region: Lisbon - Colares
Tasting Notes: Yellow-green tone, bright appearance. Aromatic palette with Colares DNA, presenting a lot of minerality, oyster shells, sea spray, light fruit such as green apple and apricots. Overall, it is fine and delicate, with a creamy attack full of concentration and refreshing acidity. The finish is intense and long, bringing again notes of minerality and sea.
