Manual harvest into 18 kg boxes, destemming, gentle crushing, static decantation followed by alcoholic fermentation between 18ºC and 22ºC. Then 80% of the batch ages in stainless steel and 20% ages in used French oak barrels for 24 months. 750 ml bottle

Tasting Notes: It has a golden yellow colour, with aromas of chamomile tea, hints of apple, vanilla and kerosene. Good balance between acidity and alcohol, which allows it to maintain its fresh and structured character. It has a long and very pleasant finish.

Pairing: Excellent with fish dishes, such as Bacalhau à brás
