The secret of its success lies in the perfect harmony between the experience accumulated since the 16th century and the most recent and demanding oenological knowledge. The black stones, formed from magma, warm the vines and protect them from the harsh salt-laden winds of this sea that defines us, giving this nectar its unique characteristics. It is our intention that tasting this wine will instantly transport us to the vineyards of Biscoitos and the hard, entirely manual work that is carried out there throughout the year. Production of 1,480 750 ml bottles.

Grape varieties: 60% Verdelho and 40% Arinto from the Azores

Tasting Notes: Very fresh and mineral nose with a distinct volcanic profile. Citrus and discreet floral notes. Very direct attack on the palate, with an assertive, persistent acidity and saline and iodine notes.

Pairing: Very versatile due to its vibrant acidity, it is ideal to accompany oysters, barnacles and other saline shellfish. It is also the perfect companion for grilled fish, sushi or salads.
