Produced from traditional grape varieties from the Douro Demarcated Region, originating from a specific plot of Quinta de Vale de Cavalos called “Ribeira de Teja”, making the minerality of the terroir very present. The wood aging gives it complexity and structure, amplifying the flavors.

Grape varieties: Arinto and Côdega

Region: Douro

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow color, with fine citrus aromas. An elegant smoky touch. Great freshness and minerality. Fruity flavors amplified by notes of well-integrated wood. Long finish with salinity and a light smoky touch.

Pairing: Goes especially well with baked cod, grilled salmon, roasted chanterelle, pasta
truffled, roast turkey
