The grapes were harvested by hand, following a rigorous selection process. A minimalist approach was adopted at the winery, where the grapes were directly pressed and decanted cold. Fermented at a controlled temperature and aged for 7 months on fine lees.

Tasting Notes: Citrine yellow color. Notes of stone fruit and tropical fruits, including apricot, mango, and melon, combined with light yeast notes and mineral notes. On the palate, this Encruzado 2022 wine presents a pure taste and elegant minerality, with notes of green and tropical fruits, such as quince, pineapple, and a light hint of chamomile. Its natural acidity combines with the smooth texture, derived from aging on fine lees. It is a wine with considerable longevity and complexity.
