Manual harvest, fermentation carried out with indigenous yeasts from a vat, 30% whole bunches. No added sulphur, unfiltered.
8 months in used 500L barrels with the production of only 1000 bottles.

Tasting Notes: Delicate nose, with notes of white flowers, discreet fruit and sea air. The palate is deep and wide, with good acidity and a saline finish. Well-integrated barrel, with structure, volume and enormous elegance.
