Tasting Notes: Open ruby colour. The aroma is delicate, with notes of wild plants, fresh hay and a slight smokiness, typical of the barrel ageing. Notable volume on the palate, striking tannins and a pleasant freshness, typical of the natural acidity of Cova da Beira wines and the concept associated with them, which gives them good gastronomic suitability
