This vineyard, planted in 1947, comprises dozens of red and white grape varieties, predominantly Gouveio, Malvasia, and Rabigato among the white varieties. It is a vineyard at an altitude above 600 meters, with stony schist soil and a northeast-southwest orientation. Fermentation occurred exclusively using native yeasts in new, extra-fine grain French oak barrels, where it also aged for 12 months.

Grape Varieties: Old red and white vines, predominantly the white grape varieties Gouveio, Malvasia, and Rabigato.

Region: Douro

Tasting notes: On the nose, it is elegant yet complex. On the palate, it is impressively unique, full-bodied and very persistent. An extraordinary balance between alcohol, tannins and acidity is noticeable.
