Foudre comes from an exceptional 80-year-old vineyard located in the Serra de São Mamede at an altitude of 700 meters.
It was vinified in a 1961 Alsatian Foudre with a capacity of 1150 liters where it aged for 16 months.

Tasting Notes: The nose impresses from the very first moment with its intensity and peculiarity, the result of the combination of the aroma of the mountain vineyards with the hue of the Foudre, which gives it a unique complexity that is transmitted in the mouth where it is broad, deep and mineral.
