Hand-harvested. Destemming/crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Gentle daily manual pump-overs. Post-fermentation maceration. Aged in French oak barrels for 20 months.
Grape Varieties: Old Vines Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Tinta Amarela
Region: Trás-os-Montes
Tasting notes: Ruby violet color. Intense and deep aroma. Complex. Black and red fruits, also in compote. Balsamic notes of oak. Full-bodied, round tannins with excellent acidity. Mineral, fresh and long finish with black fruit flavor.
