A wine that uniquely expresses the characteristics of the limestone soils from which it comes. Originating from centuries-old vineyards and produced from native grape varieties, planted in poor, stony soils, intervention in the production process is minimal, both in the vineyard and in the winery

Tasting Notes: Very light pink hue, due to the red grape variety used to make it. Good presence in the glass, with aromas of red grapes marking the tasting, later added to some toasted notes. Soft and enveloping in the mouth, it can be a perfect companion to appetizers
