The grapes that make up this wine are also from different sub-regions of Dão, where the vines are between 100 and 120 years old. The vast majority of these grapes come from old vines with a wide mix of varieties typical of the region, where the grapes were harvested manually and during the harvest an initial selection of the fruit took place in the field, only the grapes suitable according to demanding quality criteria were harvested

Tasting Notes: This is an elegant wine, the result of the intention to create a fine wine with typical extraction from the Dão region. It has a bright ruby ​​colour. The aroma is deep, complex and austere. The profile is mineral, with floral notes, cocoa and berries. In the glass, over time, the wine reveals several layers, in a very elegant but tense register, reflecting the freshness and minerality of the old vines.
