Manual harvest into 18 kg boxes, destemming, crushing, maceration for 5 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation between 20ºC and 24ºC. Then 80% of the batch ages in stainless steel and 20% ages in used French oak barrels for 30 months. 750 ml bottle

Tasting Notes: It has a shallow ruby colour, with aromas of red and black fruits, such as cherry, blueberries and raspberries, a slight vegetal note typical of the variety and a lot of freshness. In the mouth it is elegant, very delicate and balanced, with a good structure provided by a present but well-polished tannin, good acidity providing a lot of freshness and a very pleasant finish.

Pairing: Great accompaniment to grilled black pork.
