Grapes harvested manually in 20kg buckets, then transported to the winery. Destemming and crushing of bunches, followed by a long direct pressing. Decanting for 36 hours. Fermentation in used barrels

Tasting Notes: Excellent aromatic intensity, with a focus on spicy notes combined with notes of very ripe wild berries. Soft notes of cocoa and tobacco. Elegant start, evolving into a serious wine with excellent dimension and compact structure composed of powerful tannins, but with a fine texture, all in perfect harmony with fresh notes of wild berries. A distinctive wine that finishes elegantly and very persistently, and still has an excellent capacity to evolve in the bottle
