The winemaking methods are very low intervention, with fermentation using indigenous yeasts in open wooden vats made from old port wine barrels. The wine is aged in used French oak barrels. The soils are schist, with a predominance of blue schist, a harder rock that usually produces more austere wines. The wine was aged for a total of 22 months

Tasting Notes: It has a complex aroma with notes of fresh fruit, forest berries and pine needles, and a slight hint of smoke. In the mouth, it is intense and fresh, with great depth, with a very present acidity, lively and balanced
