The vineyard is located in Balluri, in Neive, in the bricco of the same name (Bricco Mondino). The plot was planted in the 1950s, at an altitude of 240m on limestone and sand soils and facing south-west. Natural fermentation and slow maceration in stainless steel with temperature control. It matures in large bottis for about 24 months

Tasting Notes: Aroma of roses, fresh cherries, plums, light hints of licorice and spices. Firm but silky tannins, very fine grain, slightly mineral texture and a beautiful final acidity
