The grapes that make up this wine come from different sub-regions of Dão, where the vines are between 100 and 120 years old. Many of these grapes come from single-varietal vines, but also from vines with a wide mix of typical varieties of the region.

Tasting Notes: It has a light, crystalline citrus colour. The fresh, mineral profile reveals the fantastic terroir where the vineyards are planted. It has a complex aroma, with a very present floral and delicate character. It presents notes of sea air, seaweed and white flowers, all in a very complex and seductive combination. Tense and vibrant in the mouth, slightly unctuous, with a
very present acidity, expressing great elegance and complexity. Very long finish, with slight smoky and salty notes
