From a 0.96-hectare plot in the village of Chassagne, encompassing the Santenay and Puligny sides, planted in 1988, 2001, and 2012. Aged for 10 months in 228 and 350-liter oak barrels, 25% of which are new. Unfiltered.

Tasting notes: Vibrant notes of white peach, citrus (grapefruit, lemon cream) and apple, with a refreshing minerality of wet stone and flint, a creamy texture and a touch of spice or anise, appearing fresh, balanced and flavorful, with good structure to be enjoyed now or aged, thanks to biodynamic farming and the moderate use of oak.
