The Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc from Domaine Simon Colin follows the pure tradition of the great white wines of the Côte de Beaune. Located on southeast-facing hills and situated on clay-limestone soils, this terroir gives the Chardonnay a structured and naturally elegant character.

Tasting notes: Bright pale golden color with silvery reflections. The nose is refined, combining delicate aromas of white flowers, lemon zest, green apple and lightly toasted dried fruits, enhanced by a subtle note of chalk.
On the palate, the wine is simultaneously tense, ample, and saline, exhibiting beautiful density and remarkable persistence. Aging in barrels (including a portion of carefully selected new wood) imparts smoothness without overshadowing the wine's minerality, which remains the guiding thread of this cuvée.
